STATION Place, a new 55,000sq.ft industrial estate under development at Aycliffe Business Park in Newton Aycliffe, will be available for occupation in June 2022.
The scheme will deliver several high spec industrial units with an EPC rating B, which could save businesses currently occupying older premises thousands on their utility bills over a five-year period of occupation.
